Shipping Policy – Embodyl

At Embodyl, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • Once dispatched, your order is handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

  • During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

 United States: 4-7 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or peak times.

  • International shipments may be delayed by customs, which is outside of our control.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause delays or cancellation.

  • If our system detects an address issue, we will e-mail you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error, please e-mail support@embodyl.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We strive to ship all orders quickly, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier or transportation disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Payment or address verification issues

If we anticipate a delay with your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. While Embodyl is not liable for external shipping delays, we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the courier, it is outside of our control.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Please contact us at support@embodyl.com and we will assist you.

  • We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.

  • In certain cases, filing a police report may be necessary.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, but we will always do our best to support you.
