Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care to ensure your products arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Please note that minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) where the product itself remains intact is not considered damage.
